American Open Asset Ledger. A community-driven public asset registry. Submit, review, trace, verify.

Roadmap

Show the work first. Make claims only with evidence.

AOAL starts by being useful, then proves people want it, and only then considers real assets, and only through a properly reviewed structure. Stages 02 to 04 are plans, not promises.

  1. Stage 01Now

    Build the public ledger

Public information, source links, history and review standards. No ownership claims.

  2. Stage 02Next

    Prove people want it

Real contributors, repeat visits, reviewed records and requests to list assets. Demand measured by use, not token trading.

  3. Stage 03Planned

    Set the readiness threshold

Before any backing claim: defined capital, credible asset documents, a legal structure and independent checks of ownership and finances.

  4. Stage 04Planned

    Asset exposure, only when ready

Only a qualified legal and financial structure could define what holders own. Until then, AOAL reports facts and claims no backing.

The readiness threshold

A funding target alone proves nothing.

Reaching a funding goal would start a due diligence review, not an announcement that AOAL is asset-backed. Before any backing claim could be made, all of these would need to be in place:

  • 01

    A defined amount of capital

  • 02

    Credible documents for each asset

  • 03

    A proper legal structure

  • 04

Independent checks of ownership and finances

Stage 01 is happening now. Be part of it.
