American Open Asset Ledger. A community-driven public asset registry. Submit, review, trace, verify.

New · Independent · Community-driven

Making Real-World Assets More Transparent.

AOAL is building an open, public registry where anyone can see what is known about a real-world asset, where that information came from and what has not been proven yet.

We are new, and trust has to be earned. AOAL is not backed by real-world assets or institutional partners, and the AOAL token does not represent ownership of assets.

The gap

Finding information about an asset is not the same as knowing what it proves.

Records, ownership claims and supporting documents often sit in different places. AOAL brings them together in one plain-language profile per asset, showing what is documented, what has been checked and what remains unknown.

01

Information is scattered

Property records, company filings, production data and documents live in different places, in different formats.

02

Claims are hard to check

Saying an asset exists, who owns it or what backs a token is easy. Showing the evidence is harder.

03

Gaps get hidden

When something is unknown, it is often left out or guessed at, instead of being clearly labeled as unknown.

How it works

Submit. Review. Trace. Verify.

Community members add assets and evidence. Reviewers check it. Every record shows its sources, its status and who did the work.

  1. 1Submit

    Anyone can submit an asset

A community member adds a real-world asset, such as an energy project, a building, land or infrastructure, along with the sources they have.

  2. 2Review

    AOAL reviews the submission

Every submission starts as pending. Reviewers check the sources and write down what is supported and what is not.

  3. 3Trace

    Every claim shows its source

Each record lists where its information came from, when it was checked and who contributed and reviewed it.

  4. 4Verify

    Statuses stay honest over time

Claims move from submitted to checked to verified only with evidence. Anything unproven stays clearly labeled.

Verification

Every claim carries a clear status.

A submission is not a fact. Each claim about an asset is labeled separately, so you can see exactly how far the evidence goes.

Submitted

Someone has proposed this record.

Sources checked

The cited sources were opened and read.

Independently verified

A specific claim was checked against independent evidence.

Not established

The claim is not proven. We say so openly.

Why this matters

The problem is documented by independent researchers.

These organizations describe the gap AOAL is working on. They are cited as background. They do not endorse AOAL.

  • Open Ownership · 2026

Land and company ownership records can be partial, use incompatible formats and be hard to link to each other.

A token does not by itself establish ownership of an off-chain asset. Someone still has to verify the asset exists and who controls it.

Participate

Help build the registry and get credit for it.

AOAL grows through the people who use it. Accepted contributions are credited publicly.

Submit assets

Propose a real-world asset and attach the public records or documents you have found.

Contribute research

Find better sources, public filings or data that help confirm or question a record.

Suggest corrections

Spot something wrong or out of date. Point it out with evidence and it gets reviewed.

Earn visible credit

Accepted work is credited under your real name, a username or a pseudonym. Your choice.

Roadmap

Show the work first. Make claims only with evidence.

Reaching a funding target would trigger a review, not an automatic claim that AOAL is asset-backed.

  1. 01Now

    Build the public ledger

Public information, source links, history and review standards. No ownership claims.

  2. 02Next

    Prove people want it

Real contributors, repeat visits, reviewed records and requests to list assets. Demand measured by use, not token trading.

  3. 03Planned

    Set the readiness threshold

Before any backing claim: defined capital, credible asset documents, a legal structure and independent checks of ownership and finances.

  4. 04Planned

    Asset exposure, only when ready

Only a qualified legal and financial structure could define what holders own. Until then, AOAL reports facts and claims no backing.

What the AOAL token is, and is not

AOAL is not currently backed by real-world assets. The token does not represent ownership of any asset, does not pay dividends and does not guarantee financial returns. AOAL is not backed by any government, energy company or institutional investor.
